OnlineAgentsReferrals.com (OAR) offers real estate Firms, Brokers and Agents the opportunity to profit from client referrals provided to and received from other areas throughout the United States. Referral agreements are agreed to in advance by authorized persons and documented through completion of Affiliated Firm Agreements and Affiliated Broker/Agent Agreements. Firms who join the OAR network pay no upfront costs of any kind and are under no obligation to use the network. If they do elect to use the network, they agree to share commissions as a result of purchases by customers referred to or received from the network.
