Affiliated Firm Agreement

Online Agent Referrals, LLC (OAR) offers real estate Firms/Brokers/Agents the opportunity to benefit from client referrals provided to and received from other areas throughout the United States. Firms who join the OAR network pay no upfront costs of any kind, are under no obligation to use the network but agree to share commissions as a result of purchases by referred clients. This practice is customary in the real estate industry. Brokers and Agents of Affiliated Firms provide specific, predefined information through the internet about potential customer opportunities to OAR, which relays this information to other Affiliated Brokers/Agents on the network.. Our intent is to establish referral arrangements with multiple firms, brokers and agents in prime home markets. This agreement is to establish such a relationship with:

Broker/Agents of your firm are recognized as independent contractors and as such may choose to participate or not to participate in the network at their sole discretion. If they choose to participate, Affiliated Firms by execution of this agreement pre-approve payment of a referral fee of .75% (.0075) of the sales amount for closings generated from Prospects directly referred to a Broker/Agent of the firm by OAR, said fee to be paid to OAR at closing of any sale to Prospects. Affiliated Firms also agree to accept a referral fee of .50% (.0050) of the closed sales amount for qualified Prospects referred to the network by a Broker/Agent of the firm, said commission being due to the firm from OAR within 30 days of closing. Referral fee splits within Affiliated Firms is a matter of internal policy and has no bearing on the calculation of the fee paid to or received from OAR. The difference in fees payable and accepted is the amount retained by OAR for development and maintenance of the network. This agreement may be unilaterally cancelled at any time by written notice by either party; however, commissions from prior referrals will remain payable. We appreciate your involvement and ask that you acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of this arrangement on behalf of the above noted Firm by executing below and providing requested information.
